Shopify’s CEO threatened to ban Claude Code. Anthropic had already closed the feature request.
Shopify CEO Tobi Lütke says he is considering banning Claude Code until Anthropic adds native support for AGENTS.md, the format OpenAI introduced in 2025 and later handed to the Linux Foundation's Agentic AI Foundation. Claude Code instead uses its own CLAUDE.md file, and Anthropic has closed a request for recursive AGENTS.md support as "not planned."

Diagrid Catalyst 2.0 Adds Durable and Verifiable Execution for AI Agents
Diagrid's Catalyst 2.0, announced July 28, adds failure recovery and cryptographic verification for agents built on LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Google ADK and other frameworks, spanning ten integrations in total. Its Dapr 1.18-based verification model cryptographically signs workflow history to detect tampering, and Diagrid claims up to ten times the performance of open-source Dapr without specifying the metric.
